User Agreement

Welcome to Formi ("we," "our," or "us"). By downloading, accessing, or using the Formi application ("App"), you ("user," "you," or "your") agree to be bound by this User Agreement. Please read these terms carefully before using the App. If you do not agree to these terms, you should not use the App.

1. Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years old to use the App.

• By using the App, you confirm that you have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.

2. Use of the App

• Formi allows users to chat with AI-generated characters that have unique backgrounds, personalities, and stories.

• You may choose topics of interest and input your desired conversation content, and the App will provide character matching for you to interact with.

• You agree to use the App only for personal, non-commercial purposes.

• You agree not to misuse the App, including but not limited to:

￮ Attempting to hack, disrupt, or damage the App or its servers.

￮ Using the App to harass, threaten, or spread harmful, illegal, or offensive content.

￮ Copying, redistributing, or misrepresenting the App’s features or content.

3. Account Registration

• Some features of the App may require you to register for an account.

• You agree to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information when registering.

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Intellectual Property

• All content, design, text, graphics, software, and other materials within the App are the property of Formi and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

• You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written permission.

5. User Content

• You are responsible for the content you input or share while using the App.

• By using the App, you grant Formi a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, store, and process your input for the purpose of operating and improving the App’s services.

• You agree not to submit content that is illegal, offensive, or violates the rights of others.

6. Privacy

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your information. You can review the Privacy Policy at any time within the App or by contacting us.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

• The App and its services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind.

• We do not guarantee that the App will always be available, error-free, secure, or meet your expectations.

8. Limitation of Liability

• To the maximum extent permitted by law, Formi shall not be liable for any damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to data loss, service interruptions, or issues caused by reliance on AI-generated content.

9. Termination

• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the App if you violate this agreement or engage in prohibited behavior.

• You may stop using the App and request account deletion at any time.

10. Changes to This Agreement

We may update this User Agreement from time to time. Updates will take effect immediately upon posting within the App, with the "Last Updated" date revised accordingly. Continued use of the App means you accept the updated terms.

11. Governing Law

This Agreement will be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where our company is established, without regard to conflict of law principles.
